Caffeine in specialty drinks and coffees ranges from 200 – 550 mg per serving. Every 12oz Accelerator can has 200mg of natural caffeine and remains in accordance with NSF certification requirements for caffeine. This also means we don't include caffeine sourced from Taurine or Guarana which is banned by the NCAA and other sports federations.

FDA recommends daily caffeine consumption at no more than 400 mg/day, so drinking Accelerator is well within your daily limits.
